♡Retrogradeworks// The Kawaii Machine "Magical Girl" Shirt Review♡

Hello cuties! I'm back with another review!!
I will be reviewing the "Magical Girl/Mahou Shoujo" Shirt from RetrogradeWorks/TheKawaiiMachine on Etsy!!
Above is the stock photo available on TheKawaiiMachine's Etsy and Tumblr!
I had my eyes set on this shirt for quite some time and I knew I just had to have it.
This shirt is a must-have for all adorable magical girls and who just want a dash of pink and cuteness in their wardrobe! This shirt is fun for casual wear, coords, pajamas or you could even incorporate it as part of a fun casual cosplay!

The design of the shirt, which says "Magical Girl" in Japanese Kanji, is printed professionally using screen printing so it can survive the harsh tumbles of a washing machine without producing cracks.

The design is printed onto Gildan 100% Cotton T-shirt and comes in pink, blue, or black, which makes it extra cozy for lounging around and fighting witches, personified minerals or even your math teacher.

In natural lighting, the shirt looks like this!!

The shipping was fairly good! I ordered sometime back in January and received my shirt a few weeks later. It would have been faster shipping if it had not been due to a hazardous snow storm, so any one who orders a shirt now should be good in terms of shipping speed!

The price of this particular shirt is $25 USD with a shipping cost of about $6 so the total should come up to $31! You can pay with Paypal via Etsy.

I can easily say that this shirt is one of my favorites and hopefully it will be yours too!
So grab yourself one and get to making that contract! /人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\

✝ SATANSWOLFPACK Oni // Kalo shirt Review ✝

SATANSWOLFPACK ✝ Oni // Kalo shirt ✝ Review
It was around 2P.M. on Sunday morning of the convention when I realized I hadn’t gone down one particular section of the Artist Alley. It was all the way in the back so I hadn’t noticed it for the first two days. It was honestly a shame because a lot of talented artists were placed there and Felix of SWP (satanswolfpack) was no exception.

What particularly drew me to the table was just the very nice approachable aura he gave off accompanied by guitar playing. The shirts were both nicely displayed in the back so you can see the full view and folded on the table so you could see the picture better and be able to feel the material. There was this particular shirt, a cat lovers shirt, a wolf shirt and a ‘lifeless’ shirt. I decided on this one because it’s very me and cutely rude.

He answered any questions I had, such as how much each shirt was ($20.00USD each which is super reasonable) and what she’s saying (“Fuck off”). He spared no expense by telling me that the image does crack a little of stretched out a lot but he was willing to give me a replacement shirt if that ever happens, which I appreciated so much.

This shirt in particular is a medium because there were no smalls at the time but it fits me pretty well so I think a medium is fine for me. At the time of purchase, I was worried it would be too big but he quelled my worry by giving me instructions on how to shrink the shirt (by putting the shirt in a pot of boiling water but not too boiling where it hurts you and leaving it in there until the water turns cool/lukewarm and then sticking it in the dryer for about 3 minutes so you can check if it fits better).

The fabric of the shirt itself is very soft and comes in two options, a crew neck or a v-neck. I chose the v-neck, expecting it to be a bit big in the neckline bu it’s a short v which I preferred much better personally since bigger V’s usually hang weirdly on me. The crew necks are made of a different fabric, I think the shirt brand is Gildan for crew necks, but it’s still fairly soft, while the shirt brand to Cotton Heritage, 100% cotton. Also, the back tag is tear away in case you don’t like the feeling of the tag against your neck! It’s comfortable enough to use for an outing or cozying up at home and just telling someone to go away with a cute oni girl on your shirt.

I noticed that his style does look a bit like omocat’s but he puts his own touches on his designs and really makes it his own. He draws inspiration from omo’s style but makes designs from his own ideas or even from people he knows (as how this shirt is inspired by a friend of his).

Also he had little sketches on the table that you could have him ink if you wanted him to. I got this one of Patchouli from Touhou . While he was inking it, I talked to him and he was just generally very nice to talk to and very chill and a good soul overall and he just totally deserves to be happy and do his wonderful art and shirts!! He was happy I bought one of his shirts since he had been there for a while that day and I had been the first to buy and he was so kind to give me the shirt $5 off since it was Sunday and I didn’t have much cash left on me. Definitely one of my favorite purchases of the weekend.

I learned more about him and I was amazed that he does his whole company by himself, only one person in charge of all of it! From the shirt designs, to printing, to stocking and selling and sending, he does it all! He's also so young but already has a very cool company on his hands. Even the story behind how his company started is a deep one and he grew this wonderful company from some uncool days but made them into a good thing and here we are now. He strives to make SWP more than just a simple clothing brand but rather, a symbol for all those cool kids and adults alike who can sometimes feel like part of the pack as well.

I think that’s basically it! I definitely recommend that you buy one of his shirts because they’re cozy, cute, and made by a wickedly rad dude!

♡Lens Village EOS Dolly Eye Pink Contact Lens Review ♡

Hello cuties! I will be doing my first review today. I will be reviewing Lens Village's EOS Dolly Eye Pink Contact Lenses!

"As one of the largest online circle lens store, we provide the widest range and best selection of circle lens / colored contact lens to our beloved customers. More than 800 varieties of lens available online, ranging from Korea Kpop ulzzang, cosplay/animation, dolly look, fantasy, gyaru, horror, naruto, sclera and many other styles, there will be one is your favorite circle lens. We go beyond simply delivering package to the destination but providing excellent customer service to ensure every customer is happy and satisfied with their shopping experience."

While I had always wanted contacts, I was afraid because I had never used contacts before in my life. I knew however that I had to get over my fear and started looking around for a good site to buy my contacts from. I found Lens Village and was amazed at their prices! The prices of their contacts generally range from $15 to $25, with some exceptions. They also have sales that can go for as low as $10! I thought these prices were so great that I decided I just had to get some lenses from here. Even though mine are 'plano' (meaning that they have no prescription), you can definitely customize your own prescription lenses to fit your eyesight by using the Left and Right Eye Power selection bar!

The shipping cost was also very cheap too, only $5 for US & UK shipping which comes between 10 to 25 days after payment! It only took about a week or two for my lenses to come.  Lens Village also offers international shipping in regular and expedited shipping too! Anything else you wanna know about their shipping process can be found here !

My package arrived and inside were a few cute business cards and the cutest little bottles wrapped up in pretty pink bubble wrap.

Inside the shipping envelope also came a free gift! A cutie bear (or pig...?) shaped contact lens case, in pink! (my favorite color hehe)

The lenses themselves are a very beautiful pink color and are clear and vibrant. They look exactly as pictured in the online picture, which was wonderful because I've seen others order contacts in one color online and it comes out darker or lighter than pictured. These contacts are highly pigmented in color so they stand out against both dark and light eyes alike!

The above photos are how both contacts look like on my light blue eyes! They're a popping pink and really make my eyes stand out. They also add eye enlargement which is very popular now a day in cosplay and Japanese fashion. Even though I was a bit hesitant to put contacts on, mainly just because I've never tried any form of contact before, once I got these in, I could barely feel them. It's like they weren't even there! They were super comfortable after I got used to them and while it may have taken me quite a bit to put them in the first time (just because I was pretty nervous), now I can put them on in 2 minutes!

Also here is what the contact looks like vs my regular eye size and color! While you may think you can see the color of my eye in the middle of the contact, it's simply the angle the photo is in and they actually don't show my eye color at all! See?

Overall, these lenses are perfect for a first time contact wearer and I definitely recommend these contacts and Lens Village to anyone who would like to start wearing colored contact lenses!
